Belstaff Roadstar: The Timeless Transition Jacket

For men looking to add a timeless transition outerwear to their wardrobe, look no further than the Belstaff Roadmaster. This British brand’s heritage dates back to 1948 when it first introduced its motoring specialist’s “Trailmaster” jacket.

However, introduced in 1981 and designed with a more streamlined silhouette for modern wear is the “Roadmaster"...arguably one of the most iconic Belstaff jackets of all time, made from their signature 6oz. waxed cotton.

Its waxed finish has been developed traditionally from methods dating back to the 1800s to be innovatively breathable and waterproof ensuring you stay protected from the elements. The design features (shoulder pads, elbow pads, throat latch and triple-snap cuffs) will provide that extra protection and seal out the wind and rain.

Modelled on the original four-pocket design of the legendary "Trialmaster", the "Roadmaster" is a more stylish yet functional piece of outerwear that will look as good in the country as it will about town. The classic belted waist and two-way zip fastening finishes the four-pocket style off with refined utility.

Albeit a nod to its predecessor the "Trailmaster”,  it’s safe to say the 'Roadmaster” blazes a trail of its own. If cared for by regularly re-waxing to maintain the shine, this intelligently made jacket is one designed to outlive its owner.
